About the company
A Dhaka engineering
team, built to stay.
Intelligent Software Technology (IST) started in a two-room office in Uttara with three engineers and one rule we still keep: we don't hand over a project and disappear. Most of our clients are on year three or later with us.
We work the way an in-house team would. One product lead stays with your account from the scoping call through launch and into maintenance, so nobody has to re-explain the business to a stranger every quarter. Code is reviewed, documented and handed over — you own it.
- 01Fixed scope, fixed price. You approve a written scope and a number before a line of code is written.
- 02Two-week demos. Something working goes on screen every fortnight. No six-month silences.
- 03Support that answers. A named engineer, a real ticket queue, and response times in the contract.
- 04Your code, your servers. Full repository and infrastructure handover at project close.

Happy clients say
In their words.
We had two vendors quit on this system before IST. What was different is that they refused to start coding until they'd sat on our factory floor for three days. The build ran eleven months and landed on the number they quoted in month one.

Our app had to work in shops with almost no signal. The IST team rebuilt the sync layer twice to get it right and never once billed us for the second attempt. Forty thousand merchants later, it still holds.

The automation pilot paid for itself in the first quarter. What sold me was that they insisted on keeping a human approval step — I've been pitched AI by people who never mention risk once.

We're a small NGO and we expected to be the lowest priority on someone's list. Three years on, the same engineer still picks up the phone. That's rarer than good code.
